We are looking for an individual, passionate for delivering high-quality administration services to join our team.
Based in our Dandenong office, the main tasks will include:
- Assisting our asset manager to create cost efficiencies in our fleet
- Invoice processing & creating purchase orders
- General fleet administration and compliance functions
- Ensuring that accurate fleet records are maintained
To be successful in this role you will need administrative experience preferably in fleet or procurement, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a self-directed team environment and prioritise tasks, computer literacy and a willingness to engage with management to assist the continual improvement in our processes and systems.
Position is full time with some flexibility possible for our ideal candidate. Salary negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
