As the Concierge you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors as they arrive at our offices in Dandenong. This role will provide a professional front of house service for the firm and ensure the smooth operation of all meeting facilities and associated administration.
No two days will be the same in this busy role which will involve the set up and pack down of board rooms including audio and video conferencing equipment, tea and coffee preparation, general events administration and reception/concierge cover.
Ideally you have worked in a professional services firm in a similar role. In lieu of the above you must possess significant exposure to the hospitality or hotels sector and/ or experience in a front of house reception or concierge position.
This is a part time opportunity consisting of a morning shift and an afternoon shift Monday to Friday. Please state your preference in your application.
You will be immaculately presented and pride yourself on your customer focus. Utilising your highly developed service skills, you will be driven to go above and beyond in your role in order to ensure a high standard of service to both internal and external clients.
You have excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
