GreenBox Mobile Self Storage came on the scene late last year and have been growing steadily ever since. After recently securing investment and having just moved into our new home in Dandenong we are now looking to ramp things up a bit!

As GreenBox is very much in its infancy we are searching for someone who is prepared to wear many different hats. As well as assisting the owners with the direction and growth of the company, the role will initially include the day to day operating and managing of the business including,

  • Customer enquires/ bookings
  • Logistics/dispatch
  • Basic office admin and database management
  • Implementing new systems/software and procedures
  • Planning and strategy
  • Recruiting and scheduling
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns

The person we are looking for will be,

  • Willing to adapt and grow as we grow
  • Have patience as together we learn the market and our customer needs
  • Believe in and help us achieve our goal of becoming a completely carbon neutral company
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and be a wizard on the phone
  • Massive focus on customer service
  • Not just have the ability but enjoy multitasking
  • Experience in self-storage (mobile would be great!) is a preference
  • Be comfortable and able to work alone, especially in the early days
