We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our National Sales Support team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for providing excellent administration support to our customers and sales teams across the country.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the branch while maintaining the visitors book and parking register
  • Booking staff flights and accommodation
  • Mail management including distribution and posting outgoing mail nightly
  • Contract administration covering assisting in the preparation of contract negotiations and variations with various stakeholders
  • Assisting the Major Accounts team
  • Reporting and analysis

About you:

You are a warm and bright communicator with a passion for administration and customer service. You will have excellent numeracy skills teamed with a strong attention to detail and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite. You are a natural communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external customers. You will be no stranger to working in a fast paced environment to meet changing deadlines and enjoy working in a team.
