We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join or team based in Dandenong South, Vic. This customer focused role is responsible for providing superior, friendly and efficient customer service via all forms of communication to our Rondo customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a multinational, market leading company covering a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Providing superior customer service with a can-do attitude
- Receiving and processing phone and email orders
- Assisting customers with technical and sales enquiries
- Invoicing in a timely manner resulting in a positive customer experience
- Assisting other Customer Service and Sales Team members
- Communicate effectively via email, phone and face to face
- Other customer service and admin duties as required
- Must be reliable and available to work Monday – Friday and hours of work 8.00am – 4.30pm plus reasonable additional hours as required.
To succeed in this position you will have a customer service focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, friendly and inviting phone manner, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, excellent computer skills and you must be a team player with effective problem solving skills.
